アカウント連携およびホテル検索で 300 円分の au PAY ギフトカード がもらえるキャンペーン（アカウント連携 & ホテル検索キャンペーン）規約
アカウント連携 & ホテル検索キャンペーンは、対象ユーザー（下記 2 項参照）が参加でき、必要な手続き（下記 3 項参照）を完了した方に特典が進呈されます。キャンペーン参加の選択肢が表示されないユーザーの方は参加いただくことができないためご注意ください。
キャンペーン期間中にアカウント連携を完了し、google.com でホテル関連の検索をした日本在住の方が対象です。当キャンペーンのエントリーは、いつでも取り消すことができます。年齢制限があるため、ご注意ください。特典進呈対象となる手続きを完了した対象ユーザーには 300 円分の au PAY ギフトカードが進呈されます。特典数には上限があります。Google は当キャンペーン期間の早期終了、参加条件および特典をいつでも変更する権限を有します。「Google」：Google Pacific Pte. Ltd.
1. はじめに
(1) 当アカウント連携 & ホテル検索キャンペーン（以下「キャンペーン」）は、Google 利用規約への同意および遵守を条件とします。当キャンペーンには、Google のプライバシー ポリシーが適用されます。
(2) 当キャンペーンへのエントリーを取り消す場合以外は、本規約（以下「規約」）に同意し、Google がキャンペーンに関するメールやアプリの通知を通じて連絡をすることに同意したものとみなされます。いつでも Google アカウントから au ID連携の解除をすることでエントリーを取り消すことができます。ただし、エントリーを取り消した場合、キャンペーンには参加できなくなり、受け取りの完了していない特典が無効になる可能性があります。
(3) キャンペーン期間は、2025 年 9 月 30 日の 23:59（日本時間）または特典数の上限に達した時点で終了します（以下「キャンペーン期間」）。
2. 参加条件
(1) 本キャンペーンに参加するには、18 歳以上である必要があります。
(2) 本キャンペーンに参加するには、日本国内に居住し、かつ日本国内に居住している必要があります。
(3) Google アカウントおよび au IDが有効である必要があります。
(4) Google は、独自の裁量により、いつでも対象条件を追加することができます。
3. 特典進呈対象となる手続きについて
（以下で定義します）特典は、キャンペーン期間終了までに（以下で定義します）進呈対象となる手続きを完了した場合にのみ受け取ることができます。特典を受け取ることができるのは 1 回のみとなります。
「進呈対象となる手続き」とは、(i) au IDと Google アカウントを連携し、キャンペーン期間内においてそれを継続すること（詳細はこちらをご確認ください）、および (ii) google.com で 1 回ホテル関連の検索をして、Google のホテル検索ユニット（通常は 4 件のホテルを含む地図）を検索結果の画面に表示させることを指します。

4. 特典について
(1) 各進呈対象となる手続きを完了すると、30日以内に 300円分の au PAY ギフトカード （以下「特典」）が記載された通知メールがご登録のメールアドレスに届きます。メールに記載されている「受け取り方法」ボタンをクリックし、au PAY ギフトカードのウェブページ（https://aupaygiftcard.jp/user/charge.html）にアクセスして詳細をご確認ください。
(2) 特典数には上限があり、先着順で進呈されます。キャンペーン終了後に進呈対象となる手続きを完了した場合、特典を受け取ることができません。
5. 特典の進呈とご利用について
(1) 本キャンペーンの特典である au PAY ギフトカードはすべて 2025 年 11 月 30 日 23:59（日本時間）に有効期限が失効します。au PAY ギフトカードの有効期限が切れる前に、プリペイド番号をご利用いただく必要があります。当該有効期限内にプリペイド番号を利用しない場合、au PAY ギフトカードはすべて失効します。特典の受け取りおよび使用には、追加の条件が適用される場合があります。
(2) au PAY ギフトカードのご利用にあたっては、一般社団法人日本資金決済業協会のホームページに掲載されている、周知委託会員の前払い式支払い手段情報提供事項（https://www.s-kessai.jp/cms/card-data/detail/506）およびau PAY ギフトカード利用規約（https://aupaygiftcard.jp/utility/aupaycharge_rule.html）を必ずご確認ください。
(3) 特典である au PAY ギフトカードの進呈は、進呈対象となる手続きを完了してから通常 30 日以内に進呈されます。
6. その他の重要事項
(1) Google は、ユーザーが本規約や規約の定める姿勢に反する行為を行なっている、またはキャンペーンを不当に利用している、もしくは何らかの方法で悪用していると合理的に判断した場合、(a) 本キャンペーンへの参加もしくは獲得した特典の受け取りを停止し、 (b) 今後の宣伝活動への参加を停止し、または/および、(c) アカウントを停止する場合があります。
(2) 法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Google は本キャンペーンへの参加に起因する損失または損害について、Google の重大な過失または故意の違法行為による場合を除き、Google はいかなる損失や損害について一切の責任を負いません。本キャンペーンに起因するまたは関連する Google が負う責任の総額は、当キャンペーンで獲得できる特典の総額を超えないものとします。
(3) Google は、独断の判断により、本キャンペーン（ (i) 特典 (ii) 本キャンペーンの参加条件の変更を含む）および本規約をいつでも中止、変更、または差し替える権限を有します。

Account Link and Hotel Search Campaign will be available to eligible users (see section 2 below), and those who have completed the required actions (see section 3 below). Please note that users who do not see the option to participate in this campaign will not be eligible to participate.

AGE RESTRICTIONS APPLY. QUALIFYING ACTION WILL ENTITLE EACH ELIGIBLE USER TO AN AU PAY GIFT CARD WORTH ¥300. REWARDS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. 1. Introduction
(1) This Account Linking and Hotel Search Campaign (this "Campaign") is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the Google Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to this Campaign.
(2) Unless you opt-out of this Campaign, you agree that you accept these terms (the "Terms"), and agree to Google contacting you about the Campaign via email and app notifications. You can choose to opt-out of the Campaign at any time by unlinking your Google account with your au ID. If you do this, you will not be able to participate in the Campaign and may forfeit any unclaimed Reward (as defined below).
(3) The Campaign period ends on 23:59 (JST) September 30, 2025 or earlier when all Rewards are distributed (the "Campaign Period").
2. Eligibility
(1) You must be aged 18 or over to enter the Campaign.
(2) You must be a resident of, and physically located in, Japan in order to participate in the Campaign.
(3) Your Google Account and au ID must be valid.
(4) Google may add any additional eligibility requirements at any time at its sole discretion.
3. Qualifying Actions to Receive Reward
You will receive the Reward (as defined below) only after you complete the Qualifying Actions (as defined below) by the end of the Campaign Period. You are eligible for receiving the Reward for only one time.
The "Qualifying Actions" means (i) linking your Google Account and au ID and keeping them linked through the Campaign Period (see here for more details) and (ii) completing 1 hotel-related search on google.com and see Google's hotel search unit, usually a list of 4 hotels with a map, on the search page. 4. Reward
(1) After completing the Qualifying Actions, you will receive an email notification to your signed in email address with an au PAY gift card worth ¥300 ("Reward") within 30 days of the completion. Click the "How to redeem" button in the email and go to the au PAY gift card page (https://aupaygiftcard.jp/user/charge.html) for further details.
(2) Rewards are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Users who completed Qualifying Actions after the Campaign ends will not receive Rewards.
5. Reward Delivery & Redemption
(1) All Rewards of au PAY gift card in this Campaign will expire at 23:59 (JST) on November 30, 2025. You must redeem the Prepaid Number prior to the expiration of the au PAY gift card or forfeit all unused value of the Reward. Additional terms may apply to redemption and use of the Reward.
(2) Before using the au PAY gift card, please check the information regarding the gift card as a prepaid payment instrument provided on Japan Payment Service Association's website (https://www.s-kessai.jp/cms/card-data/detail/506) and au PAY gift card Terms and Conditions (https://aupaygiftcard.jp/utility/aupaycharge_rule.html).
(3) Distribution of the Reward of gift cards in this Campaign can take up to 30 calendar days after you complete the Qualifying Actions.
6. Other important information
(1) Google may (a) stop you from participating in the Campaign or redeeming any earned Rewards; (b) block you from participating in future promotional activities; and/or (c) suspend your account, in each case if it considers, in its reasonable opinion, that you are acting contrary to these Terms, the spirit of these Terms and/or that you are unfairly taking advantage of or are abusing the Campaign in any way.
(2) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Google will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your entry in the Campaign unless the loss or damage is caused by Google's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Google's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Campaign will not exceed the amount of Reward you are eligible to earn.
(3) Google reserves the right at any time to cancel, change or replace the Campaign (including the alteration of (i) Reward (ii) user eligibility for the Campaign) and these Terms at its sole discretion.
